"This is a budget motel and was chosen because of an indoor pool, which was under construction and not usable. Staff was not exactly available and breakfast was lacking. When staff responded, they made it audibly known they were frustrated with having to do their job. Not that we’d ever come through again, but if we did we’d hit up the Beat Western instead."

"No desk attendant overnight. We have stayed at many Super 8 hotels & never experienced this level of disappointment. It was on us that we didn't read the fine print regarding no one at desk from 2 am to 2 pm. However, our rooms had only 1 towel each and barely any toilet paper. Our AC would not cool & there was no one to provide service. The breakfast was self serve, stale & no coffee. I might have chosen to stay at such a place for way less money, but with taxes making the room over $100, we wish we had just kept driving."

"Looking out the back of our cabin, it was not hard to imagine how the American prairie looked 150 years ago, but with all the modern comforts. This is truly one of the quietest places I have ever been in the entire world. The next time we drive to Colorado, we will make sure our plans include a stop here again. Fantastic cabin and host! "
