Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Genial hosts with good local knowledge, friendly and discrete. "

Les couchages enfants sont dans l'espace salle à manger/cuisine et le couchage pour les adultes se trouve dans une pièce attenante séparée d'une cloison seulement au 3/4. Même si nous avons maqué d'intimité, nous avons passé un séjour agréable."

"Gastheer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en betrokken. Erg prettig. Alles goed aanwezig voor ons behalve keukenbestek en pannen minimaal voor onze samenstelling. Zwembad super en werd goed schoon gehouden tijdens ons verblijf. Door de vele spullen en accessoires leek het lastig schoon te houden. Onbeperkt handdoeken en grote badlakens. Erg fijn dat er wasmachine en droger was met klein kind. Tuin en omgeving piekfijn in orde en sfeervol"

"A notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par ce domaine et l'environnement naturel qu'il offrait. En apparence, un lieu paisible dans lequel nous pensions trouver un "havre de paix" en tout point. Cependant, le charme a été rompu par des aléas : SPA en travaux, non accessible, piscine fermée aux heures d'ouverture avec un petit mot à l'entrée "Il me semble que certains ne savent pas lire ! je suis à votre disposition pour des cours !", barbecues en réparation donc à partager, le chalet à peine...

"A wonderful holiday home, beautifully modernised and renovated, everything you could ever need is catered for - even down to bluetooth speakers (x3), yoga mats, air conditioning in two rooms (though house very cool in July), and the fridge has ice machine and ice cold water. "We usually stay in Ibis Style hotels when travelling. They have always been smart, modern and attractive. This one is very poor. The building is in peer condition, the interior drab, the carpeting in public areas quite dreadful. The room was tired but clean. On the positive side we were gree ted by a young member of staff who was charming and helpful."
