"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). "The property is beautiful, the cabins very well equipped for guest comfort, with fantastic views of the Andes Mountains and the river. The property managers, Maritza and Daniel, were always attentive to our needs; they were two excellent people. The only regrettable thing was that on the second day, there was a light snowstorm that caused a 24-hour power outage, so we had to find hotel accommodations, as the cabins don't have generator backup. "The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful. The rooms and beds themselves on the 2nd floor were layed out just so well to allow separate spaces for sleep and naps over social space of the living and kitchen.
