“L’appartement annoncé pour 4 personnes peut être acceptable pour 2 personnes. Le canapé lit , dans le salon, n’est séparé de la cage d’escalier des communs que par une porte toute simple avec un énorme jour en dessous qui laisse passer l’air froid ( et la porte d’entrée en bas de l’escalier ne ferme pas du tout. Il faisait -5 degrés dehors) et le bruit de passage. La nuit où nous avons « dormi »là, les personnes qui louaient l’appartement au dessus sont rentrées au milieu de la nuit et ont fait……

“We stayed at Le Laurencin for three weeks and we had family who joined us for two of those weeks. Each couple had their own apartment, and it couldn’t have been nicer. The apartments are clean, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The location can’t be beat - very close to a grocery store, restaurants and cafes and shops. It was perfect for our visit. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and showers were great. Would definitely recommend Le Laurencin!”

“The place was clean and felt very cosy. It was clearly newly refurbished and was clean. The beds were not too great though. In one of the bedrooms the wooden boards under the mattress were loose and had to put back in place. That is when it became clear they had better all be replaced. The sheets were made of synthetic fibers instead of cotton. And the place is above a fish shop. The owners have done all they can to repel the smell, but there is no escaping it when you enter. “Bonne prestation de qualité. Panier déjeuner à 6€ correct je recommande. SPA/JACUZZI à la hauteur des attentes surtout plus grand qu'espéré. L'horaire de départ de 11h à du etre respecté dans notre cas mais cela était bien conforme à la descritpion. Je conseil !!”
