"We stayed in one of the cabins. It was a little hot in the room when we arrived but when it cooled off it was perfect and no issues. The temps outside were in the 90s and sunny so it was HOT out. Appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the full fridge vs a hotel room. Beds were comfortable. We had a little stream in the back of our cabin. Very nice grocery store about 5-10 minutes away along with many restaurants. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Little store was nice if you needed a few things such as ice or a treat. Overall, place was clean and well kept. We came for a tournament and this place was cheaper than the hotels and had a little more room. We brought a pan and made our own breakfast every AM. There is not an oven but the convection microwave cooked frozen pizza nicely. My kids never once complained about no TV. There is not really a sitting or dining room but a very small table. We would stay here again."

"The Homestead has recently had a facelift, and they've done a great job (minus the parking lot, which is totally torn up and a huge, dusty mess - but it will get better!). Rooms were nice, comfy beds. The setting and area is lovely. The pool area is why we booked our stay here. They've done a phenomenal job remodeling it and added pools and 3 hot tub/spas as well as lots of lounge areas. We stayed all day at the pools and loved it. Only complaint is the ridiculous rule that you cannot bring any outside food or drink into their (huge) pool area, including food you buy in the hotel lobby store. But there is only one restaurant in the pool area with a decent but limited menu. We were planning to bring our whole family back as this would make the perfect family gathering space, but without access to drinks and snacks for the littles, this is ruled out as an option. Hoping they rethink this silly rule. Otherwise a practically perfect stay."

"Everything at this property was absolutely amazing!! Clean, stocked, decorated and the back yard was incredible!! I especially Loved having the pickle ball court! My group of women is a wellness and group fitness group! We did a 1 hour group fitness class everyday as well as a restorative yoga class and it was so nice to have space for everyone to move and lay out mats! There was more than enough sleeping space and everyone was so comfortable! The view in the back yard was also incredible! Everyone was so happy and comfortable! I had a photographer booked with us, who took great photos of everything! If you would like them I am happy to share them once I get them back! The ONLY thing that was brought to my attention was the upstairs smaller bathroom needed the shower curtain maybe changed? A few women were worried it looked like mold happening in there, but we just used the other bathrooms for the most part and everything was PERFECT! I tried hard to make an extra effort to wash towels and keep the property clean and taken care of! We all made an extra effort to leave it how we found it! Thank you for taking a chance on us!
