With the property without even informing you. When we got back from the store there was a person in our room. We felt very violated and my husband had to place a chair up against the door at nightbecause there was no deadbolt on the door. This was very poor taste.
We left, they said that they informed us over the phone. I did not get any phone call. My wife did not get any phone call. We will not be staying here ever again」

「The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave.
There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough.
It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For...

「We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was pretty simple - fridge, microwave and a sink. It worked great for our convention weekend.
The front desk check-in process was simple. I had great communication with the host.

「We really enjoyed our stay and thought the property was beautiful. The hot tub was great, the kitchen was spacious, the main level relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. And there's a lot of natural light.
For transparency for future guests, there is ongoing construction on the same street and behind the property with new townhomes being built. We stayed over the weekend, so it wasn’t much of an issue for us, but weekdays may be busier. It also looks like once the new townhomes are...
