“I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. “My fiancé, dog and I stayed here for a wedding in Round Rock. We enjoyed the peace at The Palette Pad. Sheron made us blueberry muffins that were so good!! Our dog loved the open space. We all walked down to the river through the pecan orchard and found fossils! So cool! Sheron was communicative, helpful and so sweet. Highly recommend staying here. “There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. “Wonderful location and absolutely gorgeous house! No issues with traffic noise, or noise from guests on the other side of the duplex, and the host was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. Impeccably clean and well decorated, and the check in/out process was easy, too. I will definitely be back for future stays, thank you SO much!!”

The room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Laundry room was big. The bathroom, although a little small, was big enough to get clean and be on your way. “Enjoyed our stay at this home. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and calm. Landscape needed more care. Shrubs, trees and grass needed to be cut and trimmed. But didn’t effect the units comfort.”
