「The management of this hotel is appalling. Before I checked in, I filled out the 6 PM room service according to the form given by the front desk, but they were not only 30 minutes late but the fruit was still rotten. And their dinner delivery system is not cheap and not worth it. The service charge adds up to $20 but they just deliver the food to the door and walk away. They also charge vacation fees! There was a problem with the bath's massage system and we had to turn off the bath to prevent...

「Absolutely stunning property with excellent service. The food was incredible (Bear for lunch and dinner). My only complaint was a rude hostess upon check-in (a few guests we met also said she was very rude and not a great welcome) but it was all up and up from the check in experience! 」
