「Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.」

Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. After the first two uses, the coded room key-card didn't work and the lady at the front desk said she would let us in, but to get a new key we had to wait until that afternoon when her brother came in. 「Quiet relaxing night」

「It was nice to get away also great for relaxing and quiet the only thing was the pool wasn't open」

「Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful. Some hotels charge an additional fee. Normally half price of daily room rate. And some hotels, have a holding space, at no charge, if guest...
