“If I could give this 10 stars I would! This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and the bed was perfect. The breakfast was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again.”

“no pets but we did not have any, beds were comfortable and new. Now pillows were thin and not comfortable. room was neat, clean, this property was old but extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was only Carbohydrates AKA doughnuts, cheap cornflakes and Cheerios , we went out for breakfast, no problem.”

“I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dickson. From the outside, the property looks great—clean, well-kept, and inviting—but unfortunately, that didn’t carry through once we stepped inside. The issues started right away with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly fraying, which made the space feel worn and poorly maintained. Even worse, the tiles in both the entryway and bathroom were sticky underfoot—something you definitely don’t want to……

“I arrived a day late to my check in in the morning, I have traveled enough to know that check in is at 3 pm the male at the counter helped me out and got me checked in and in to a room with no issues he was very nice and helpful. I was able to rest and get in right away I would definitely stay here again.”

“We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds.”

“If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the……
