“We got room 213, that room smelled like weed. They apologized and moved us to 214, that room had a leak under the sink and the carpet was soaked. Mold became a concern. Went back to the front office, we dealt with a lady named Sam. She was very helpful and apologized. Clearly not her fault. We asked for a refund, she said since we booked with Expedia, we had to contact them. Expedia was able to refund us, and we booed else where. Also the property just needs some TLC. Stairs are broken, dirty……

“The pool was full of kids. We couldn’t enjoy it at all. There were only 6 vehicles there so i don’t know where they all came from. Room 124 needs new mattress toppers preferably 4 in. Memory foam. My dog enjoyed the extra bed. Paid 15.00 extra for her.”

“The room stunk and the help could barely speak good English. The owner came pounding on my door at 11:00 am to tell me it was checkout time , but my checkout day wasn't until the next day. This place was a joke. I had to empty my own garbage. My toilet plugged up and the owner gave me the plunger and told me to bring it back when I was done. This place was a joke. What a waste of my hard earned money!!!!!!!!!”

“The room was filthy and old. How hard is it to paint. The sheets were clean and no bugs. There was a fridge and Microwave. But there were no utensils or cookware to use the cooktop. No dishes, just plastic and styrofoam cups. There was a construction lot very close to rooms. They were working on something and I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. Beep, Beep for over a hour. The free breakfast was coffee and two cereal containers and a table with 8 chairs. No water, and the utensil bins……

“My reservation was for 3 people. We had towel for 2. Had to ask for more towels. Did received the towel. The next day again the cleaning staff left towels for 2 people. AGAIN HAD TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS. The chair in the room had a broken leg. the Desk table was wobbly. The lamp shade had months of dust on them. The bedding was clean.”
