“Excellent villa in An Bang Beach. Great location, walkable to all restaurants in the area and very short walk to beach. The villa is immaculate and a very comfortable place to stay when it's hot. The small pool was a lovely relief from the heat. Host was excellent at communication and sorting out transfers.”

“This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If you need a spot to stay in Da Nang, book this spot.”

“I thought we were supposed to stay in a villa with hotel services as described in your website.However,Our nightmare began when check in at the A18 villa.Instead of checking in at the hotel reception,a guy came over to the villa and claimed that he is hired by the owner of the villa.He said they are not part of the hotel group and manage this villa by their own,we did not have rights to enjoy any of the hotel services.The villa itself was totally different from what I have seen from the pictures……

“Hôtel très charmant et l’ensemble du personnel très aidant. Le propriétaire a même pris le temps pour nous expliquer ce qu’il y avait à faire près de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent et les œufs préparés sur commande. La chambre était impeccable avec belle vue sur une rizière. Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel. ”

"The hotel overall is very good. The design is stylish, all facilities are new and well maintained, and the room is spacious with a perfect city view. The restaurant offers good-quality food, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options. There is also a beautiful swimming pool on the 26th floor. Overall, I am very satisfied. One area for improvement would be the restaurant menu—it could include more Vietnamese dishes. Currently, the selection feels somewhat limited and leans more toward Western cuisine. When traveling to Vietnam, guests usually want to try local food; if they wanted Western food, they wouldn’t necessarily choose to have it here."

"The housekeeping service was inconsistent. One evening, one out of our 3-bedroom villa was missed. No body lotion was provided in any of the 3 bedrooms. No towel was provided in the powder room in the living /dining area and there was no phone there. However the beachfront villa was very nicely located in front of the pristine sandy beach. The service personnel were all very friendly and hospitable. The segregated breakfast room for villa residents was nice. Special menu was provided."

However, one thing I would like to mention is that there is no physical separation between the toilet and the bed (there is a "curtain" that only blocks the sight...), so you have to stay in the room with someone you are VERY intimate with that you don't mind using the toilet in front of... we certainly were a little uncomfortable with that. "
