I prepaid for this booking and when I arrived at hotel it was closed down. No one was there. I had to find another place to stay.

This location has a nice little setup. You have the main hotel then an attached room with a small separate building that has 3 or 4 single rooms. I was given the attached room to the main hotel. So in essence I was lodged at the hotel but not in it. Didn’t have to worry about people coming and going or being disturbed. Bottom line the room was great. It was small but it fit the bill. The shower was very spacious which I really enjoyed. Most places have tub/shower combos and it feels cramped. Not this place. Bed was queen sized and very comfortable and the cold ac was quiet considering the proximity of it to the bed. Keep in mind the room is small compared to other places. With that stated one major draw back is the location of the tv in reference to the bed. Most places have tv facing you as you lay down. This place has it to the right. Bit awkward if you are there to watch tv. There is a “1$” store across the street which is great to walk and get snacks from. Very convenient. Train runs thru town so expect noise at least 3-4 times a day including early morning hours. Overall will stay again and will ask for same side attached room.

Sleepily little hotel
Nice clean tidy room, prefect for what I needed. Has a fridge, microwave. Only issue is everyday at noon the town set off a siren to let you know it’s noon

The customer service was great. The family is very kind and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the mattress cover was extremely dirty. Also the WiFi didn’t work well. I couldn’t connect for work because there was not enough signal.

Not mindful of covid aware residents. Never wore mask properly or didn’t wear a mask at all. They were loud at night and loud in the morning because the owners live there. They will up charge you if you don’t catch it on time. They don’t provide breakfast

DIRTY SHEETS AND COVERS
This place looks decent from the outside....once in room...room looks clean to the apparent eye...but its not...the sheets and covers had the smell of sex and saliva from previous visits..im assuming this place sees sheets not dirty after a cisit and they leave them there again....with that said it is obvious this place does not wash their sheets after every visit like they should....I will never ever stay here again...dont recomend it at all....for trying to save a few extra bucks it turned out more expensive....

The bathroom had a sink that leaks water on the floor, it has a motion sensor for the light and it kept turning off while I was shaving. The room has 2 beds and it was very crowded ( only need one ) . We will not stay there again.

Convenient location, but not much else
Management could use work. I know not a lot of people come to Dilley, but opposite of what was advertised, there was no breakfast served. Not even coffee prepared. The rooms appeared very dated. The lack of staff when I arrived in the afternoon (about 5-ish) to check in shows this hotel's inattentiveness to guests. They did not bother to clean my room twice, even after I requested. Worst of all, the staff kept her family around and let their kid scream, run around, and slam a door at night. I would not recommend anything was positive but the price.

Friendly and Clean
My family and I stayed at this hotel after a trip to San Antonio. It was much more affordable than rooms close to the city. The room was small but clean and remodeled. The staff was courteous and provided us with tooth brushes, shampoo, and a razor. My only two complaints wold be that it is located close to the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper that may be an issue. My kids slept thru it. Secondly, a few towels looked dingy.

We just needed a room overnight while we were visiting with family. This hotel is small and just fine for an overnight stay with no frills. There is a continental breakfast but we only had coffee.

It was a cozy place to stay. The town itself is very quite but there are railroad tracks that go through town and you can hear the train going through town at night and from any location.

Not bad for a night stay.
Rooms very small. Parking lot is not paved, so if it's raining you will get muddy. Room was clean, but the stairway was dirty. Bed was comfortable for the night. I was disappointed with the breakfast, the eggs and sausage were frozen!! The biscuit was lukewarm as was the gravy. This would be a great place to stay if the price was in the $50 dollar range, not $90 as I paid.
