Une maison facile à vivre et confortable comme une maison de famille.Propre, bien entretenue, ses nombreux équipements sont tous fonctionnels.Sa situation est optimale dans une petite rue très calme,les commerces et la plage sont facilement accessibles à pied.La propriétaire est réactive et symapthique. Un été a dinard
Très bonne vacances . Très bien située ,tout équipée , proche de la plage et des commerces , seul bémol les escaliers un peu raide avec des petits en bas âge et une personne à mobilité réduite.

Maison très proche du centre de St Enogat et de la plage (env 600m), propre mais nécessiterait une remise à niveau du mobilier de cuisine : bcp de placards (très pratique) en Formica franchement usé, gondolé, cuisinière gaz très fonctionnelle mais un peu rouillée sur les bords !
attention, escaliers en colimaçons très étroits !
Mais tout ceci ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances avec une propriétaire très agréable et accueillante.

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison au « charme de l’ancien » assez rustique mais confortable qui est très bien située dans le quartier de Saint Enogat. Nous étions 6 personnes (1 enfant et 2 grands adolescents, 3adultes dont une personne âgée de 80 ans). La maison est très silencieuse, spacieuse et très bien équipée et nous étions à notre aise. Il faut tout de même savoir que c’est une maison typique sur 2 étages avec 2 escaliers anciens en bois à franchir pour accéder aux 2 chambres situées en haut (cela a représenté une difficulté pour la personne âgée). D’autre part, l’unique salle de bain est au 1er étage et il n’y a pas de toilettes au 2ème étage ce qui démultiplie les montées et descente d’escalier; cela n’aurait représenté aucune gène si nous avions été sans personne âgée. La literie est très propre et les matelas sont corrects en terme de confort. La propriétaire s’est montrée à l’écoute et très serviable. C’est une maison parfaite pour les vacances à condition de ne pas avoir de bébés ou de personnes âgées (escaliers); il est très facile de se rendre à la plage (5 mn à pied) mais aussi de faire de petites courses (boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurants, petite épicerie). A pied, il faut compter 15 - 20 mn pour aller à l’Intermarché ou au carrefour city, situés au centre; c’est faisable à pied mais attention si vous êtes chargés car cela monte un peu au retour. Il est plutôt aisé de se garer bien plus qu’au centre ville. En résumé, nous relouerions sans problème cette maison assez idéale pour les vacances !

famille de 6 personnes dont quatre enfants;location tres confortable et surtout a 200 m de la plage,commerces a deux pas,bref un bon choix qui permet de se passer de sa voiture
tres bon état d'entretien et accueil.
A noter notre restaurant préféré" Vents et Marées"!excellent rapport qualité-prix!

grande maison de caractère refaite à neuf
cadre très agréable a deux pas de la plage de St Enogat
des avantages: des commerçes de proximité(boulanger,boucher,épicerie,marchand de journaux,Poste et pharmacie)tout est tres propre ,ménage parfait et équipement complet en cuisine(lave linge,sèche linge,lave vaiselle,refrigérateur et congélateur)notre chien a également bcp apprécié les lieux!je vais recommander cette location a mes cousins pour l'an prochain
