L'Eucalyptus "We enjoyed our weeks stay in Dinard. The location of the apartment is superb. Local to everything. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable. We used the apartment as a place to sleep as we were out all day every day. We stayed as a family of four, two adults and two teenage girls. We found the place a little cramped and dark so wouldn’t have wanted to stay in the apartment for an extended period of time. We could t work out the dryer so reverted to the air dryer, this made the place feel damp and musty with laundry. I’m sure if we’d figured out the dryer all would have been fine. There is no parking so finding a space for a car is a challenge, the very small garage would only be suitable for a smart car or similar. No family car will fit in the space. The apartment is located with roads on two sides so it can be a little noisy if the windows are left open. Overall a positive experience, recommended as a base."

Rien ne manque dans ce bel appartement situé à 2mn du centre ville. Le + garage à disposition.Seul petit bémol, même avec une petite voiture il faut faire beaucoup de manœuvres pour entrer dans le garage . Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

L'Eucalyptus "bon séjour 🙂 très bel appartement avec une excellente situation géographique et très bien équipé mais avec tous les inconvénients d'un logement au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et situé sur un carrefour très passager ainsi qu'un garage où il est quasi impossible à utiliser avec un Toyota verso. D'autant plus compliqué que les stationnements sont presque tous payant 🙁 le stationnement t et l'insonorisation"

L'Eucalyptus "Point négatif Le logement est proposé avec un garage mais le véhicule ne rentre pas. Il n’est pas précisé que seul le petit véhicule rentre et nous avons dû aller se garer à 1km plus loin pour ne pas avoir à payer le stationnement qui est exorbitant. Également le ménage fait par l’agence est imposé ce qui ne me dérange pas au prix de 70€ et la poussière n’est pas faite et pensez à changer votre cafetière qui est défaillante et manque le bac à capsule. Aussi impossible de se connecter à la wifi. Dans le positif nous avons pu disposer du logement avec 1h30 d’avance et Virginie a été très accueillante. L’environnement est magnifique et il est extrêmement situé."

L'Eucalyptus Excellent emplacement. L’appartement est près de tout à pied, en centre-ville mais calme. Par contre il n’est pas facile de trouver une place pour stationner. C’est en rez de chaussée, les fenêtres donnant directement sur le trottoir, on ne les a jamais ouvert. Il manque de décoration dans cet appartement pour le rendre agréable.

Le petit plus est le Lidl qui de trouve à 8 minutes en voiture. par contre, l'appartement comprend un petit garage accessible que pour de petites voitures et que les parkings à proximités sont payants. Du coup, prévoir un peu de temps pour trouver une place gratuite. Prévoir des assaisonnements (sel, huile,...) si vous cuisinez. On a passé un bon moment. on reviendra avec plaisir. karima"

La proximité avec l'embarcadère du bus de mer vers Saint Malo permet de laisser la voiture au garage pour cette visite. 🙁 Un parking un peu exigu mais qui a le mérite d'exister à cet emplacement stratégique (OK pour notre 208 moyennant quelques manœuvres pour entrer et sortir)."
