「The location was great with a lovely sea view. All the staff were pleasant especially Josh who helped with bags . My only complaint is the standard of the room. It's very dated and needs TLC . Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra. We spoke with other people who was staying at another hotel cheaper rate with breakfast included. I wouldn't book again.」

「The cottage is spacious, with a big kitchen and cosy lounge. There are lots of bed options and towels provided. Unfortunately, very basic items like cloths (for cleaning surfaces), dishwasher tablets, and teatowels are not provided, making it difficult to keep everything clean during the stay. In addition, the heating is inadequate, with the thermostat only on at fixed times and the space quickly getting cold again. 「Everything perfect, only thing for me on the day would be a slightly earlier breakfast, maybe 7.30 to get up the mountain earlier but that’s personal preference. Thank you for keeping my sandwiches fresh in the fridge.」

「Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. 」
