"Great location. Clean spacious rooms. The parking is a real challenge. I don't remember getting any clarification on the parking situation. The car park is down the road a bit. DO NOT use the train station lot! But once you get the parking situation sorted, it's a fine spot"

"Lovely clean room. Really nice complimentary breakfast and the staff all smiley and helpful. I didn’t use the gym or laundry so can’t comment on that. Very centrally located. Caird Hall, McManus Museum, Abertay University and main shopping area all within 5 mins walk. Parking available at hotel but also plenty of car parks nearby. "

"Thought the room cleanliness especially the carpets the skirtings and bathroom floor were looking worn bed was great clean sheets towels ect just looked really tired and used dressing table was looking old aswell….. staff were really helpful and kind would stay there again value for money "
