    Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer

    Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

    Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Large lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds.. Beautiful, secluded property.

Beautiful, secluded property. Very comfortable with good quality equipment, towels and bedding. It should be mentioned there is a step up into the kitchen and the bathroom. Although dogs are allowed you cannot really let them on the garden as the owner requests that they do not urinate or defecate on the garden! The view from the outside seating is of two containers. The cottage is also quite full of the owners hoarding hidden away behind pieces of fabric and as a guest it would be nicer if this wasn't present. The first impression on going in is of a dark dingy place but once you get into the main room it is lovely. TV reception is very patchy. You could spend a week just reading the interesting and varied library of books However, regardless of the few personal negative comments this is genuinely a lovely spot to stay and the owner is friendly but not in your face. Your sleep quality will be much improved by the seclusion and nocturnal darkness.
