「This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. 「Host manager was very helpful and accommodating, and friendly. Met nice guests there. AC was great, Room was adequate, outside dining area was nice and good strong coffee. Area surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest neighborhood to walk around in, but close to airport and taxi service very quick and inexpensive.」

「Booked a room same day because our flight to Managua was delayed. We were able to book and check in late at night with absolutely no issues. Everything was great, the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was soo good. cannot recommend this place enough!」

「NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. They did not have a working toilet, they turned off the water supply to the whole building in the middle of the night. The AC unit was not working properly. They only allot one towel per bed not per person, so if you have one bed shared with your partner you and your partner must use the same towel.
