“Apartment was as advertised. I enjoyed the modern kitchen. The apartment was very clean. If you are getting a parking space ask for number to text to open garage door which is on the side of building before you get there. It is within walking distance of Howard University.”

“No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.”

“House needs maintenance.”

“Fantastic property! The location is ideal for anyone staying close to tourist attractions and sightseeing opportunities in Washington DC. The property was clean, check-in was smooth, neighborhood was beautiful and the location was perfect.”

“Wonderful Location and Host”
