「Clean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again. 」

「What a cute property for budget accommodations. It was bigger than I expected and loved the King bed and comfortable sheets. The full capacity washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. 」

「The house was clean. The outside table and children's playhouse not so much. The cushions on the basement couch were badly stained. These are observation not complaints. There was plenty of parking and the neighbors were friendly. Speedy replies from the owner. 」

「This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! 」

「We did a last minute booking after having to cancel the careful researched stay planned months ago. Jonathan’s place save the day! The location was amazing, we were able to easily park ( DC easy, but still) we were able to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy restaurants. Jonathan provided so many extras, from toiletries to coffee and ziploc bags. Great location, great place. 」

「The location was perfect for our trip to Washington DC. Accommodations were nice and exactly as advertised. Hosts had great communication with us too.」

The parking pass worked out really well and the townhouse had enough space for our family of five. One of the best things about this rental is the location. We walked to the Capital Building, Library of Congress, and metro bus stops. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.」

「We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely place for a few days during the height of the heatwave in June 2025. The location was great and the customer service we received from Gonzalo and Luissa was beyond accommodating. They were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for our needs.
