“This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light. Not a downside, but remember you’re……

“Property was very nice and clean. Only down fall was the sat night around 11 way into 5 a.m. there were ppl running up and down the stairs and punching the codes in our door trying to get into our room. They were smoking and set off the alarm. Hall ways smelled lot pot. We didn’t rest at all.”

“Andre’ was very nice! The home has some stunning features and in a quiet neighborhood. Pros:Pet friendly, beautiful artwork in the home, very nice furniture throughout the home. We felt safe with our little family and dog walking in the neighborhood. There is very little grass at this property, but plenty of sidewalks to walk dogs with grass. Everyone we spoke to was very nice. There is a metro stop close by! Cons:If staying during hot summer months, the AC upstairs in the bedrooms is limited. I……
