"Pésimo manejo de situaciones y atención al cliente. Ante un supuesto reporte por ruido en la madrugada, la respuesta del establecimiento fue cortar el suministro eléctrico de la habitación de manera arbitraria, en lugar de seguir un protocolo profesional o comunicarse formalmente. Para colmo, la comunicación telefónica es deficiente cuando se busca aclarar lo sucedido. Una forma totalmente inaceptable de gestionar un problema."

"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."
