「Excellent 」

「Room was very clean. Quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. The kehrig coffee was very good although Starbucks is only a few blocks away. I found the front entrance doors to be very heavy and difficult to open and no automatic entry. 」

「Staff were friendly and accommodating - we had our mountain bikes with us and they allowed us to bring them up to our room. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.」

「Really loved our stay here. The beds were very comfortable. The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. Staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. In a really good location, easy to find. The sister hotel next door had a fantastic restaurant. Special thank you to the lady at the front desk( I didn't catch her name) who had a mechanic at the hotel within 10 minutes when my car battery died! The only thing missing from the hotel was an...

「Check in was a bit delayed due to only one staff checking in and there was a glitch with the computer system. Even though he was frustrated with the computer he was kind to us checking in. First room we were given smelt smoky. They happily gave us another room. Rooms were very spacious and generally updated. Very clean. Breakfast had an omelet bar our first morning which was lovely. We were excited to enjoy this our second morning but they did have eggs. No omelettes. That was disappointing....
