Villa Veroniq is a modern and elegantly designed villa located in the picturesque village of Hlapa on the island of Krk. Designed for a comfortable stay for up to eight people, this luxurious accommodation offers the perfect combination of modern architecture, high-quality amenities, and relaxing privacy. The villa boasts a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi and swimming pool, ideal for sunny days and peaceful evenings. Its architectural sophistication, modern equipment, and thoughtful design allow guests to enjoy a tranquil stay in a serene environment, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although the villa is designed as a semi-detached property, its layout and enclosed grounds ensure complete privacy.
The villa is accessed via a spacious parking area, providing easy and secure parking for multiple vehicles. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a large terrace equipped with a jacuzzi and swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area with comfortable loungers, inviting you to relax and refresh in the open air. A convenient outdoor shower is available next to the pool for a quick rinse. The terrace also features a large dining table with chairs, shaded by a collapsible parasol, perfect for outdoor meals. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the outdoor grill for preparing delicious dishes. The entire terrace and yard are enclosed, ensuring complete privacy and security during your stay.
The villa's interior is modernly designed and spread across two levels. The ground floor features a spacious and bright open-plan area that includes a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, such as an induction hob with an integrated extractor, an oven, a large fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher. Additionally, all necessary utensils for preparing gourmet meals are provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table with ample seating for all guests.
The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. It is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a big TV with satellite channels, and air conditioning. From the living room, you can directly access the terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces and providing easy access to the jacuzzi, pool, and other outdoor features. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The staircase leads to the first floor, where three spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and TVs, ensuring comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway. This bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a washing machine. If needed, two additional folding beds can be prepared for two more guests. All rooms are equipped with high-quality bed linen and towels.
Villa Veroniq is the perfect choice for guests seeking a luxurious stay while enjoying the natural beauty of the island. It is situated in the quiet village of Hlapa, only 1200 meters from the beaches and towns. This location offers the ideal combination of proximity to the sea and a peaceful retreat. The villa's surroundings provide numerous opportunities for recreation and exploration. In addition to swimming in the crystal-clear sea, you can embark on hikes along well-maintained vineyard trails, where you can admire the stunning nature and characteristic karst landscape. Within a 15-kilometer radius, picturesque towns such as Malinska, Vrbnik, and Krk await exploration, known for their rich history, authentic gastronomy, and warm hospitality. Vrbnik, in particular, is famous for its local wine, Vrbnička Žlahtina, which is a must-try. Here, you can savor local specialties like fresh fish, olive oil, and homemade pasta, reflecting the flavors and traditions of the island of Krk.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Alles super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer war sehr angenehm. Tolles Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis 👍 Zu vielen Stränden 10-20 min mit dem Auto . Auch zu Restaurants keine großen Entfernungen. Allerdings ohne Auto geht’s nicht .
