"Great position, just in front of the see and a short walk from the center of Pigadia. Overall a good solution fir us. The room was not very clean when we arrived … then better during the week (may it was empty for some days before us?). The shower was bad with the water pipe all rusted and no hook for the shower head. The TV was … the smallest I’ve ever seen. On the other hand why watching TV on such a beautiful island!?"

"Absolutely fantastic stay, hotel was perfect. Great room with all the facilities required for a self catering stay, and most importantly air conditioning. Nickos was a great host always willing to help you out. Pool was perfect, temperature just right and plenty of sun beds, we had lunch at the pool and again it was excellent, both tasty and value for money. Finally, location was ideal with a super market 2 minutes away and a short walk to the bars and restaurants at the outstanding beach. 10/10"

Sun Palace Hotel - All inclusive

8/10 Good

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."

The entire staff—from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping—was attentive, kind, and friendly.Special thanks to Matthew (the manager) and Gianni for the warm welcome and the room upgrade. I also truly appreciate the excellent service from the bellboys, Filmer and Jose to the restaurant Giovanni and Terrence not to forget Jay and Mike from the housekeeping. "I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

Rodos Palace Hotel

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."

"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"
