“lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough.”

“Übernachtung an einem Samstag. Gegenüber spielte von 21:00-02:00 Uhr eine Band in voller Lautstärke. Eine Zumutung für jeden Gast!!! Nachmittags versuchte man mit überteuerten Preisen die Gäste abzuziehen. Scheinbar stecken der gerufene Manager und das Personal unter einer Decke. Schade, und deshalb nicht weiter zu empfehlen. “Very clean. Very safe. Very secure. Absolutely everything was better than expected. Quiet area and very easy to access from main roads. Gated parking onsite with security. Restaurant for evening meals and breakfast was very good.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Tarangire Greenland Resort, in the heart of Tarangire National Park. Our cabin was very comfortable and the staff was super accommodating, making arrangements for game drives and serving great breakfasts and dinners. My only complaint was that it was not as well sign-posted as some other lodgings within the park. Tarangire NP itself is amazing. It is deservedly touted for its baobabs and large families of elephants, but there is so much more, and it is far less crowded……

“They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.”

“This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk were convinced my reservation didn’t exist, items were taken from my room, mice were in my room, and management refused to move me. It was one thing after another. I’ve tried to get a refund from them as I ended up leaving with 4 nights still left on my booking, but they will not respond to me or to Expedia. Terrible customer service and overall experience.”
