Perfect for families or friends, this home boasts updated amenities and a spacious, enclosed yard overlooking Kerry Hill Vineyard and Winery. Find the gorgeous Snake River just one mile away! A bright, open main level features vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting accented with updated fixtures and flooring. A front parlor and sitting area just off the front door comes equipped with a sleeper sofa and armoire to store guest's belongings, as well as an upright piano. The living room is framed by a plush sofa and chairs centered around a cozy pellet fireplace and wall-mounted smart TV.

The kitchen includes new, stainless steel appliances, custom counters and cabinetry offering a fully-equipped space for home chefs to prepare family-style meals. A banquet dining table offers seating for eight and a breakfast bar features high-top seating for four. The expansive, covered deck offers sweeping views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside. Fire up the private gas grill for an unforgettable backyard barbecue in the fully enclosed yard. The downstairs common area is an entertainer's delight, featuring a full wet bar and beverage fridge, plush seating, and a wall-mounted smart TV. A ground-floor patio offers direct access to the backyard and an incredible outdoor dining area with new picnic tables.

For a day of fun, you can be picked up at the front door for a wine tour of the Sunny Slope Wine Trail which is located in the Snake River AVA. Or, just head down the hill to the Kerry Hill Tasting room right in the home's backyard!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
