  • Beautiful holiday apartment on the ground floor,1 km from Dolcedo, and just a few kilometres from the centre of Imperia, Porto Maurizio and its beaches. It is in a characteristic Ligurian country house and has a lovely private garden and a beautiful view of the valley. Ideal for families, it consists of a beautiful living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Guests have exclusive use of a table and chairs in the garden, ideal for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. Nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking trails in the valley, which can be explored on foot or by bike. Imperia and Porto Maurizio with its beaches are about 10 km away, the characteristic towns of Alassio (36 km) Diano Marina (17 km), Cervo (25 km), Bordighera (46 km), Seborga (49 km). You can reach the Côte d'Azur in just over half an hour by car: Menton (64 km), Nice (84 km), Monte Carlo (71 km) and just before, the beautiful beaches of Balzi Rossi (58 km) with their unspoilt nature and crystal clear waters, the botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi (58 km). Electric bicycles and electric cars can be recharged in front of the house. Possibility to rent electric bikes nearby. Unpaved access road.

Schöne helle, saubere Wohnung mit sehr schöner großer Terrasse und tollen Blick in die Natur. Gute Anbindung zum außergewöhnich schönen, alten Ort Dolcedo. Allerdings sehr steile Zugangswege. Sehr gute Betreung vor Ort.

Bewertung für das Ferienhaus in Dolcetto, Ligurien (2 von 5 Sternen)Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub in Ligurien gefreut, wurden jedoch etwas enttäuscht. Die Lage ist nicht besonders schön, viele Bauruinen in der Umgebung, und die Zufahrt extrem steil und unwegsam – mit einem größeren Auto schwierig. Statt eines Ferienhauses war es eine Ferienwohnung mit Bewohnern im oberen Stockwerk, was nicht erwähnt wurde. Morgens zwischen 6 und 7 Uhr war die Nacht regelmäßig zu Ende – von Ruhe keine Spur.Die Wohnung wirkte wenig gepflegt, aus den Küchenschränken kam ein muffiger Geruch. Das Wohnzimmer bestand aus einer kleinen Nische mit einer etwa 1 Meter breiten Couch – nicht gemütlich. Das größere Schlafzimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer in ein kleines, fensterloses Zimmer mit Stockbett. Die Matratze war nicht besonders bequem, das Bad hatte kein Fenster.Die Zitronen- und Mandarinenbäumen auf der Terrasse waren schön die Topfpflanzen vertrocknet, die Metallstühle unbequem, nur die beiden Liegestühle boten etwas Komfort. Für vier Erwachsene nicht empfehlenswert.
