Sevierville Dolly Parton Statue Hotels

"The breakfast is one of my biggest complaints. It was cold every day. Nothing, absolutely nothing was hot. By the time we got to our mornings on Friday and Saturday we chose to go outside the hotel for breakfast dining. The only other thing and I really don't have a solution but somehow when booking through other sites I was not aware I was staying on the same floor as the dogs and would have preferred to have a room somewhere else. That may have been an oversight on my part. The hot tub being outside and available to the kids with parents as well was a drawback and we did not use that. "

"This is the best kept secret place to stay as far as being an inexpensive place to stay. Ms. GRACE is a wonderful hostess. She will make sure everything is perfect for you. There is a pool. Its conveniently located before coming into town & heavy traffic. "

"Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational. They could have at least offered discounts for the adventure part of the resort. Our bed was hard & uncomfortable but the pillows were ok. We ordered pizza from off site because we've had bad experiences with the resort food. So disappointed with our stay."
