「the bed is not very clean」

「We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.」

「Wi-fi is terrible inside the room, and the smell in the room is really bad, but the breakfast is wonderful. Location is excellent. The air conditioner is good. Hot water for shower is good. The elevator is very small only for two person with three luggage.」

「The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. Family run hotel, staff were very warm & kind. Decor is a bit dated, but felt more homely than a regular hotel. Supermarket is walking distance. I highly recommend staying here whether solo or travelling with family.」
