“Incredibly disappointing stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. ”

“The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain.……

“The casa recreo condo is very well appointed. It was perfect for the two of us with a nice kitchen. We didn’t cook but it has everything you need if you want to cook, there’s even S/P and some spices. the coffee pot was appreciated as well as the coffee ,sweetener and sugar. Very nice bathroom with very nice products, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The king mattress was super comfortable, with nice bedding. There’s a small courtyard we didn’t use just pass through it to go outside. A……

“This property has exceeded by expectations. This is my favorite place to stay when I visit San Miguel De Allende. Condos are super clean and they have everything you need for kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, napkins, etc. they have a barbecue area and the pool is warm water. I am always coming back here.”

“Se me hizo terrible que estando a 15 minutos de llegar, me llame el administrador de la unidad para decirme que lo siente mucho y no puede recibirme porque el huésped que estaba alojado decidió prolongar su estancia y por ello, no puede recibirnos ”

“The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. ”

“La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay……

“Beautiful house with great spaces and natural light. Spotless and a wonderful outdoor patio. Easy to get to and a short drive to all of the action downtown but also close to vineyards and local spots. Can’t beat the price. ”

“La casa muy sucia, con cucarachas muertas en varias habitaciones y también algunas vivas, el jacuzzi estaba sucio tenia agua y sucia, las paredes de los baños tenían pelos pegafos en la pared, grave riesgo de contraer una enfermedad. UN VERDADERO FRAUDE, LAS FOTOS QUE SE PRESENTAN SON BONITAS, LA RWAÑIDAD ES OTRA.
