“We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. The cruise boat was lovely and the food was really tasty. It was so wonderful to sit and enjoy a meal and watch the stunning scenery go by. We biked to a village and then……

“The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip ”

“船有點舊了 餐點是和其他客人(共三對)一起吃合菜，感覺有些彆扭 導遊和船上工作人員整體服務良好 河內接送服務是直接到飯店接送，一人來回USD 15。 冬天船上很冷，房內有點冷 船上只會提供各一瓶水 建議自己可以在休息站買點水跟零食帶到船上， 以免在船上肚子餓或沒水喝~~”
