Large one-room apartment of approx. 60 sqm located on the ground floor with shared entrance. Bedroom separated by ¾ height walls. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and outdoor patio with Lake view living area.

The proximity of the road and the passage of other guests in the courtyard may not be appreciated by most, so the air conditioning system allows you to sleep soundly even keeping the windows closed.

Ideal for 2 adults, it can accommodate an additional child (up to 12 years) and a baby bed (up to 3 years).

La posizione è assolutamente favolosa, con vista sul lago e tutti i suoi colori. Il centro è a pochi passi con ristoranti, bar e negozi. Anche un Negozietto per pane fresco! L'appartamento è molto bello, con attenzione ai dettagli e ha tutti i comfort necessari per una bella vacanza. Abbiamo già prenotato direttamente con Rosie per la prossima volta!
