Casa Rustico, large pool, 350m from the beach, by the river.

A small country house for a couple with 2 children. Quiet, somewhat hidden, by the river, huge garden with a very large and 180 cm to 100 cm deep pool. (The round part has only 30cm water depth, so ideal for small children) This is not visible from the houses behind bushes and is also used by the guests of my 2nd Country house used on my 10000 sqm plot. (This has 1 bedroom) Two sandy beaches can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Bar and small market also 10 minutes away.
Some neighbors in the distance. No visual contact from the cottage to their houses.
Please keep in mind that on the property there is another cottage for a couple. You divide the pool and the lawn with them. But as the property is very generous everyone has his own space.
Two rooms, a covered outdoor terrace for dining, living and cooking. Well kept garden and lawn, but lots of wild nature around.
The living room is open, which means roofed but exposed to the wind. This also means that when the wind blows, leaves and flowers can be blown into this area. You live here in the countryside surrounded by nature. Dust and spider web can form quickly. Please do not book the country house if you are very sensitive. The croaking of the frogs should not disturb them, nor the chirping of the crickets and geckos on the walls. I am writing this in so much detail because we already had complaints about it. ;-)
