「A breathtaking view and a wonderful getaway, especially for couples. We stayed in an annex room. The air conditioning in that room is not adequate for summer temperatures. (No heat wave, just normal temps) We requested a fan but was not available. Had we known, would have bought one in Cagliari and donated. We had two rather uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, meals were excellent. All staff gracious and accommodating. It is a remarkable experience.」

「Having worked in high end hospitality management for over a decade, I understand the pressure during busy periods, however that shouldn’t detract from the customers experience. Service is what makes or breaks a hotel. Sadly the service here lacked massively. Apart from the staff members mentioned. What I find even more shocking is the replies to critical feedback from the Hotel’s Director General. Defensive and threatening rather than taking feedback onboard to improve services. 「Great resort. Beautiful grounds. Love the beach area with the infinity pool. Breakfast is excellent with gluten free and lactose free options. Great staff. Food at the restaurant was excellent too. I’d go back on a heartbeat. The only thing that was not 5/5 was the wifi in my room. (Maybe was only my room). Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in the Pula area.」
