The staff are really welcoming and friendly. The facilities are a bit rundown and could do with a lick of paint. The menu choice is a bit limited and the restaurant times are short. The rooms are basic but clean and other than a hairdryer everything else is provided.

Great food - rooms need work

Last minute trip with the grandkids. Lovely pub/restuarant, food delicious - rooms basic and in need of maintenance and mattresses definately need upgrading!. The management and staff were lovely. This place has the makings of being a top class establishment - just needs some TLC from the owners.

Wasn't anything really to like wasn't worth what we paid , very dated, curtains hanging off tracks, worn out towels stairs to rooms needed a good hoover, Wasn't a great choice for breakfast unles you liked chocolate cereals. Avoid!

Dated room with peeling wallpaper, lukewarm water, and small uncomfortable bed. Certainly not worth £90. Dinner was shocking, and can only be described as a congealed bowl of slob. Meals were returned to the kitchen uneaten, but the £26 were not refunded. Breakfast was ok, but served on a dirty table with last night's drink stains on it. The only saving grace were the friendly and welcoming staff.

The worst hotel ever. Horrible stay.

Absolutely horrendous experience. No TV in the room and no working WIFI. The worlds most uncomfortable bed. Idiots making a hell of a noise until the early hours. Awful beer and rubbish food. And worse- paid for breakfast. Waited 40 mins and no show by the staff. So no breakfast, even though I paid for it. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Parking is in the grounds of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. There was everything as in an english breakfast as well as the continental breakfast. Definately no complaints there. Very clean room, bed comfy and bathroom complete with shower. Would stay there again with confidence.

A really nice stay. Room was clean and functional. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free WiFi, and toiletries. For the price you couldn’t wish for more I would say.

The room No 1 was horrendous only able to open 1 window climb over desk to open the other was broken. Bathroom blind already broken on the floor. Full english means 1 sausage 1 bacon 1 piece toast 1egg 3 mushrooms 1 spoon beans 1 cup of coffee

The cleanliness if the room was good but walking through the hotel furniture and carpets need cleaning and then the standard would be a lot better
