Lovely, cozy vibe. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table, bunks and a variety of the other board games in addition to the massive movie theater room. Plenty of towels and spacious for the family & friends to gather. No dishwasher wasn't a deal breaker as the kitchen sink was large and plenty of space ...

Our family enjoys coming to Kensington each year to the "Vacation" House. We enjoy the space for the Grandkids to play and all the different areas to make use of!
