Clean, modern hotel, nice sized room but no staff ! Self check-in, and no cot for baby as requested - no reception staff to help sort it out. Saturday night was very noisy - poor sound proofing and again no staff to complain to and sort it out

The walls are not soundproof and you can hear literally everything trough out the walls and when u are in the corridor but its still a very nice and clean hotel and i can’t complain at all

PLAZA INN stays design Dortmund
Nice location, a bit behind the main boulevard, I had a room with view on the garden. Very relaxing to see the squirrels living their life. Good design, nice clean room.
