Clean, modern hotel, nice sized room but no staff ! Self check-in, and no cot for baby as requested - no reception staff to help sort it out. Saturday night was very noisy - poor sound proofing and again no staff to complain to and sort it out

Hotel Ambassador Essen
Einfach unglaublich! Das Personal ist nachts dreimal in mein Zimmer gekommen – ein absoluter Bruch der Privatsphäre. Ich glaube nicht, dass es ein schlechteres Hotel gibt. Zudem waren die Handtücher alles andere als sauber. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Fast experience and checkin possible until late at night. Just would be good if website to checkin online was more mobile friendly !

Hotel Unique Majestic
The walls are not soundproof and you can hear literally everything trough out the walls and when u are in the corridor but its still a very nice and clean hotel and i can’t complain at all
