"Place was clean- very easy check in- only issue was some kids who were up quite late just behind us making lots of noise-so sleep wasn’t the greatest:( Beds comfy- paid for hot tub but just as FYI it’s a big jet tub in the bathroom not a separate hot tub! "

"Room and location of the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the welcome was somewhat uninviting, with a list of things not to do. Threats of steep charges if you lost your plastic room key and additional charges if you wanted pool towels lowered the experience. "

"Neither two neighbours nor we could operate the TV. There was no response to the messages we left. We had to rent towels & bedlinen at a cost & retrieve the latter from outside the real estate office. We are old & had trouble lifting it. The crockery was plastic, one thin roll of toilet paper provided, one coffee satchel. "
