「There was mold in the shower, pillows are flat and lumpy, ants in the bedroom, furniture was cheep. Would not stay again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Murphy House! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The space was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process simple. We truly felt at home during our stay and would definitely recommend the Murphy House to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would gladly stay here...

「Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

「Very clean Communication is Excellent. Excellent host」

「Would stay again, close to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood:)」

「Responsive & Accommodating host, but property did not match the listing! The host was responsive and communication was seamless, but that did not make up for the property’s condition or its misrepresentation. Although advertised as newly upgraded, the unit had old fixtures, a nearly stripped sink fixture, temperamental shower water, cracked shower tile, a dirty shower rug, and a mildew-smelling shower liner and curtain. We received only two washcloths and two towels for a four-day stay. The...

「I enjoyed my stay here. Smooth check in process and very responsive and friendly host.」

「Comfortable, well appointed apartment. It looks just like the photos. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend here, it was a great place to stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. There’s even a neat YouTube video to show you how to get in when you arrive. A nice touch!」

「Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful! We were walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Bed was comfy and we loved that he left us such a great care package! Thank you for such a great place to stay! Home away from home!」
