唐纳姆韦斯特度假短租

“This property and the people that run it is excellent. It is ideal for the single traveller or a couple who just require a comfortable base whilst touring the area and the rest of Norfolk. It is very pet friendly and the hosts are excellent, however it is not the easiest location to find in Feltwell, without sat nav. The property is immaculate and well maintained.”

“Lovely appartement, confortable, well equipped, quiet. The location is great, within walking distance of absolutely everything.”

“Very nice accommodation and friendly hosts.”

“Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have……

“Poets24 Apartments enjoys the best possible location in Ely with a large and secure free car park at its rear. The Cathedral is just across the road and everything you need including lunch by the riverside is within easy walking distance. The room was appointed to a high standard and the large walk-in shower was exceptional. The facilities at the Poets Hotel are just a minute up the road and a great cafe is virtually next door. The hotel staff are delightful, the bacon butty standout and……
