「This did not feel like a safe building or area. Room was bare bones but not particularly clean, and the deadbolt had been removed from the interior of the door. Would not have felt safe without my husband also there, and even so we almost changed hotels last second.」

「The hotel appears to have undergone a light renovation and is generally in good condition, but the service was extremely disappointing.
During our four-night stay, not once was our room cleaned. The bed was never made, the trash was never emptied, and the towels were never replaced unless we personally tracked down the housekeeping staff and asked them to do it.
To make matters worse, during the last two days we couldn’t find a single housekeeping employee anywhere in the hotel, so we had to...
