“The staff was courteous and helpful. The location of the property is terrific for exploring Portsmouth. The amenities weren’t something we could take advantage of—the hot tub had a lot of yellowish colored foam in n top so we wouldn’t use and the “bar lobby area” was closed the room was clean except shower tile was worn and a bit grimy in a few areas.”

“Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.”

“Positives: comfy memory foam bed, clean space, nice location. The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim) Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going……

“Loved this little hotel! The location is great, its funky cute and the roof top Bar is great fun. We spent the 4th of July there.Although the main Boston fireworks could only be partially seen- there were fireworks popping off all overBoston and the North Shore so there wasalog to see. Also, parking was convenient.”

“Property was very unique. No front lobby or staff on-site, but very responsive when we texted or called. Rooms were small and modern, bathroom also small but well-stocked. Location is great! Right next to the bridge and very walkable to all the restaurants, stores, and tourist sites. Parking was right across the street, however price is not included in room rate. Worth it all the same.”

“I believe three people called out sick, so our experience at the rooftop restaurant Envio was absolutely terrible. We waited half hour in line just to check in for our reservation. We didn’t get our drinks and appetizers until an hour after ordering. It wasn’t the fault of the staff that was present, but the restaurant should not have been open because they were unable to accommodate guests. We did not remain to order a main course. The rest of our stay at the hotel was fantastic, however.”
