“A lot of the furniture was damaged or straight up broken. The shower head was leaking from the actual shower head (not the connection). The beds were horrendous - uncomfortable and felt unstable. There was hair all over the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but almost zero gluten free options.”

“When we go to Sutter Creek we usually stay at the hotel Sutter and have enjoyed it. This trip however did't go near as well. Check in was fine, but the girl was a bit confused on some items, such as, that in the morning there would be muffins and things and coffee starting at 6am - didn't happen. As we were settling into our room a cockroach ran across the carpet (I did tell front desk). Wasn't clear where the ice machine was, but eventually found it. We didn't realize we were put in the room……

“An hour after checking in and going to my room, I was advised that there was an additional $96 fee because my room had been changed from a king to two double beds. The king was unavailable. “When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. The railing going up the stairs was wobbly and made us feel uncomfortable. Both my wife and I are in our mid 70’s and had a hard time with……

“This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. There was a coffee maker and tea, grill on the patio, and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner each day of our stay with……
