「Good location for Cynthia pavilion!」

「Love this place but when it comes to Summer time I wish the lazy river and pools were doubled. There’s so many people. I love it though. Clean up was lacking around the pool area (cups and towels everywhere) were piled up and I had to throw stuff away to make room for my family. Other than that, always fun, relaxing and amazing!」

「We check in at 7:40 PM, only to be informed that the pool closes at 8:00 PM. The big reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, for the kids to swim since the weather was terrible. They also said the pool don’t open until 12:00PM the next day. We come down for breakfast around 8:00 AM after everyone had shower only to see kids in the pool. (I’m almost positive it was kids of the staff) The air in the room did not work, they did have a fan in the room already so they knew this but we...

The property is older, but it appears to be reasonably maintained and served its purpose for a short stay. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay overnight, this hotel is a good option. 「Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.」
