“After a long drive, it was a wonderful surprise to find that Heritage House was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, convenient, and easy to find in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants and resources close by. We were very comfortable there during our stay and I would highly suggest it to anyone, especially for the very reasonable price. Thank you for making us feel at home while we were traveling!”

“First, I want to state that it is a beautiful place. It has a beautiful view of the water, and yes, you're right on the water with a dock. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. Anytime there was an issue, the host, Mark, replied immediately. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Couple of things that weren't that great were that the floors were pretty dirty. But Mark sent somebody in right away to clean them while we were out and about in town. The second thing……

“Bathroom sink stopper broken Dryer did not work, bed topper made bed too small and was uncomfortable. TV difficult to manage with no instructions. Steps were steep and dark. Not too good for old people. Place was clean and had a good location. It supplied necessary items and linens were adequate. ”

“We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere. We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was……

I'll start with everything that was wonderful; I'll then note a few things that people searching properties might miss if they're not reading each listing in detail.Immaculately clean and cozy with two lovely outdoor seating options, one of which is a large back deck right off the upper bedroom. Those sleeping in the upper bedroom will wake up to a view of sunrise over the lake.Host is communicative and friendly; wifi is good; kitchen is nicely set up with new sets……
