Perched high up on the East bench of Draper, this luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is a haven for those seeking serenity and adventure. You'll have stunning mountain views, and only be 2 minutes from hiking and mountain biking tails. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is stocked to satisfy the culinary enthusiast, while the laundry room adds convenience to your stay. The four plush bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, and the master bathroom provides a touch of spa-like luxury.

Bedrooms/Sleeping Arrangements:
On the main floor, you'll find the master bedroom just beyond the living room. It features a spacious king-size bed, a generous 60-inch smart TV, a substantial walk-in closet, and convenient sliding door access to the back patio.

Additionally, on the main floor, there's a cozy sitting room located near the front door. The sofa in this room can be transformed into a queen-size pull-out bed, accommodating two guests.

The remaining bedrooms are situated on the upper level. The first bedroom offers a full-size bed, with the potential to sleep two individuals if desired, though typically it's intended for one guest. Both of the back bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds and ample walk-in closets.

Bathrooms:
The master bathroom is a luxurious space, offering a roomy walk-in shower, a separate and sizeable bathtub, a double sink vanity, and a private enclosed toilet. It seamlessly connects to an oversized walk-in closet, providing ample room for your belongings.

The second bathroom, located upstairs, has dual access points – from the hallway and the second bedroom. It boasts separate sinks and vanities at each entrance, while the toilet and shower are centrally positioned for shared convenience. The third bathroom is a convenient half bath on the main floor, located near the entrance from the garage.

Kitchen:
The dining area, seamlessly connected to the kitchen, features a spacious table comfortably seating 6, expandable to 9 with the addition of three island barstool chairs. You'll find it fully equipped with all essential cookware for preparing home-cooked meals while on the go, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, waffle maker, mixing bowls, baking sheets, an assortment of spices, cooking oils, and more. Additionally, a Keurig coffee maker awaits, stocked with a generous supply of complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar/sweetener.

Laundry:
The laundry room is both spacious and well-appointed, featuring high-end washer and dryer units. Abundant storage cabinets and ample counter space provide practicality and convenience. We've ensured that it's fully stocked with an ample supply of laundry detergent and various other essential laundry items to cater to your needs.

Garage/Parking:
Our guests enjoy complete access to the two-car garage and the driveway, offering ample parking for up to five vehicles. Please be aware that the third garage is designated for private use by the property owner and won't be accessible.

Garage door opener remotes are conveniently placed in the kitchen drawer beneath the coffee machine. We kindly request that these remotes are returned upon check-out to avoid fees that would be applied for any unreturned remotes. Your help and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

You will have exclusive use of the entire house during your stay. Please note that the finished basement will remain unoccupied while the upstairs is rented out, so no need to worry about other people being present at the property during your stay. In preparation for your arrival, we will provide the garage door code and front door access code with the check-in details, which will be sent the day before your scheduled arrival.

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you.

Nestled within a picturesque and highly sought-after residential neighborhood, the home is in the Suncrest community above the city of Draper. This neighborhood offers breathtaking panoramic mountain views. Miles and miles of mountain biking trails begin on the backside of the neighborhood, only a couple minutes away from the front door. The neighborhood exudes a sense of serenity and elegance, providing an ideal setting for those seeking a tranquil and upscale living experience.

The most convenient mode of transportation in this area is by car. Typically, groups opt to bring 2-3 vehicles, and ample parking space is available. While public transportation is not accessible in this location, you can rely on rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxi services, to meet your transportation needs.

We strive for nothing less than 5-star stays and aim for the opportunity to be your hosts. Our dedicated team is prepared to assist our guests promptly. However, please bear in mind that we operate differently from a hotel, and we do not have round-the-clock front desk services.
House Rules:
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is available after 4:00 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 am unless an arrangement for a late check-out has been made and confirmed in advance. Unauthorized extensions beyond the agreed-upon check-out time, even if it's just 30 minutes or more, such as a check-out at 11:30 am or later, will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Your adherence to these check-in and check-out guidelines is appreciated

Quiet Hours:
To ensure a harmonious environment for everyone, quiet hours are strictly enforced, and we kindly ask that guests maintain a quiet and considerate atmosphere by refraining from excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am.

No Parties:
We kindly request that no parties or gatherings take place on the property. This policy is strictly enforced given the tranquil residential setting. We greatly value our neighbors and aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the area. Your understanding and consideration in this matter are greatly appreciated. Any guests found not adhering to this policy will be required to check out immediately without refund.

No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the property, or out on the balcony. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $250 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.

No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Absolutely no use of illicit drugs or engagement in prohibited activities is allowed on the property. This encompasses the use of marijuana in any form, particularly smoking. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to the cost of addressing any smoke-related residue or property damage. Your adherence to these guidelines is appreciated.

No Pets:
Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the premises. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $100 fine for the violating guest. We appreciate your cooperation.

Infant & Children Supervision:
The safety of infants and children is of utmost importance, and we ask that they be under constant supervision while on the property. Please be aware that there are cleaning products located in the cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, which may not have child safety locks, so extra caution is advised. Your vigilance in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Cleaning:
We kindly request that you treat our property with the same care and consideration you would for a beloved family member or close friend, maintaining cleanliness and organization during your stay. In the event that the property requires excessive cleaning, resulting in additional charges from our cleaning crew, those costs will be transferred to our valued guests. Your cooperation in keeping the space in good condition is greatly appreciated.

Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests are kindly expected to take responsibility for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any losses that may occur during their stay. Please promptly report any incidents as they happen, and arrange for the necessary replacement or payment as required. Your prompt communication is greatly appreciated.

Inspections:
The Owner can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.

Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before departing the property, kindly conduct a thorough check, as we cannot ensure the recovery and return of any inadvertently left belongings. Should you wish to have any forgotten items shipped back to you, please be aware that shipping and associated labor costs will apply.

Great views, but a little remote. Stains on some of the carpet and furniture, and found an earring from a prior guest in the bed (hopefully the sheets were cleaned!) but overall was fine.

Loved the ample amount of roominess. Modern decor. Plenty of parking. There was even side street to park Motorhome and boat. Air conditioning worked great. It was 104. It felt like a brand new home and luxurious. The kitchen was huge with two fridges. We loved our stay at this location.
