"The resort is absolutely amazing and impeccably clean. There are many amenities, cold water at the pool, plenty of towels, padded lounge chairs and covered cabanas. Hang out at the pool was great, they had a great mix of music playing as well. The staff from our welcome until checkout we’re outstanding! All the people there are very caring and are helpful with whatever your needs may be. The yellowfin restaurant on site is very good, highly recommend the salad and catch of the day. So accommodating and there are a few restaurants within a mile walking distance from the resort. The shuttle which brings you to downtown is very helpful and runs on the hour. Very pleased with our stay and hopefully we’ll be back soon."

"The room was spotless… atmosphere was wonderful. Service was always top notch. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were delicious. The pool was beautiful and very nice. Overall, it was great. The only thing is… when you check in, they apply a $425 charge for “incidentals” and for if you eat at the restaurants, it can come out of that $425. So it was presented that if you didn’t use that, it would be refunded. When we checked out, they applied another $500 hold and then when reviewing the receipt, there are countless fees for things like: WiFi, resort fee ($52/day), community impact fee, and may more. So not only did we not get money back, we had to pay more. And none of this was disclosed when we booked or checked in. "

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint was housekeeping did not show up one day. We came back at 5:00 pm to find an unmade room. The hotel is very pricey. We did expect our room to be cleaned daily. Mgmt said they were short staffed. "
