Comfortable apartment in the center of Dresden

The apartment is 93 square meters and is located on the first floor of an apartment building. It has a bedroom, a children's / guest room, a living room, kitchen with large balcony, bathroom with window and a utility room.
Internet, parking in the protected courtyard of the house, bed linen, hand and bath towels, accommodation costs and cleaning costs are included in the price.
The bright apartment is very spacious, nicely furnished and well maintained.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two bedside tables and the associated bedside lamps, a sideboard and a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers. If required, we can provide a baby bed with mattress and a high chair. Just give us a brief note when making your reservation.

There is a washing machine in the utility room, which can be used by prior arrangement. An iron and a vacuum cleaner are also available.

In the cozy living area you will find a large LCD TV with DVB-T receiver as well as a comfortable couch with two armchairs and a sofa bed, which optionally offers you two more beds and thus makes the living area optimally usable as another bedroom. In addition to the cozy seating area, there is also a dining table in the living room that can seat up to six people. A spacious corner cupboard in the rear of the living area provides enough storage space.

The children's / guest room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), each with a bedside table and the associated bedside lamp and a wardrobe with enough hangers.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction / electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and various other kitchen utensils. Opposite the kitchenette is a table where you can have breakfast or have a small meal. A large balcony adjoins the kitchen and invites you to linger.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower as well as a bathtub, a washbasin, mirror cabinet and toilet. We will of course provide you with fresh towels and a hair dryer.
