The apartment is located in Dresden's liveliest and most innovative district, in Dresden-Neustadt. Here, in the center of the pub and artists quarter, is the Kunsthofpassage - now a Dresden tourist attraction. The quiet apartment, with terrace and windows to the garden, has been carefully restored and is now an open plan apartment with a separate sleeping area and open kitchen - but with the charm of the early days through its more than 100 years old floorboards and doors.

Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell und schön eingerichtet, liegt mitten in den wunderschönen Kunsthöfen und damit ideal zentral, dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super und es war Mega sauber. Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen - Wohnung tip-top, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und unsere Fahrräder haben auch einen sicheren Platz im Hausflur gefunden. Nach hinten raus eine Terrasse, vorm Haus sehr schöne Geschäfte, Cafés etc. Parken war in einer Nebenstraße möglich - 12/Tag.

Elegant digs in a perfect location

We knew we wanted to stay in the Kunsthofpassage but Gerald’s flat was even more delightful than we hoped. Beautifully furnished (no ikea here) and impeccably located, the apartment was the perfect central stay for me and my (adult) son. My favorite parts were the gorgeous wide floorboards (old but no creaking!) and the best lighting I have ever experienced in a rental flat. Not only was there ENOUGH light, the quality of the light was warm and lovely, and you could turn different lights on and off to make cozy areas. The apartment is not large but the high ceilings, beautiful huge arched windows, and intelligent planning (not to mention the outdoor patio) make it just the right size. Vielen dank, Gerald! Bist bald!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Dresdener Szeneviertel

Wir (2 Personen) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung in der Dresdener Neustadt. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine Reise benötigt, insbesondere mit einer tollen Espressomaschine, incl. Kaffebohnen! Ruhig und trotzdem direkt im Szeneviertel. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wie schon auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Pico bello sauber, absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne, ruhige, mit Liebe zum Detail stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Szeneviertel der Kunsthof-Passage Dresden-Neustadt. Der freundliche Vermieter kam persönlich zur Schlüsselübergabe vorbei und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist sehr gut, es gibt sehr viele Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe und zum Fahrradverleih RollOn Dresden ist es auch nicht weit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
