  • Featuring sumptuous wildflower-inspired decoration and all the home comforts required for an enjoyable stay, this holiday home invites groups of six to unwind on the Yorkshire coast. This capacious cottage is well-positioned for exploring the attractions of East Yorkshire, just 0.5 miles from a sandy beach and within reach of Driffield (13 miles), Beverly (15.5 miles) and Bridlington (11 miles). Whether you’re enjoying a clifftop ramble along the Yorkshire Coast Path or seeking out scenery in the East Yorkshire Wolds, this Grade II-listed property welcomes your family or friendship group home in comfort each day.

    At the heart of this house sits a sociable open-plan living space, complete with a farmhouse kitchen, a generously sized dining table and a snug and inviting lounge with plush sofas to sink into. The sofas are positioned opposite a wood burner and a Smart TV, altogether creating the ultimate space to unwind when the nights draw in. Three bedrooms are positioned throughout the ground and first floors, each one with luxurious styling and an invigorating en-suite bathroom. High vaulted ceilings, original beams and stable doors add to the traditional charm of this converted barn. Outside, a neat courtyard with a patio space to sit out and sip a drink completes the property’s offering.

    The remote village of Skipsea (1.5 miles) is a lesser-known location on the East Yorkshire coast, but it’s a picturesque destination with a welcoming community and a wide, sandy beach. Visit Skipsea Castle and the lively car boot at Skirlington Market. Along the coast, the seaside resort town of Bridlington offers so much appeal for guests young and old. Filled with amusements, historic architecture, antique shops and eateries, this fabulous seaside town offers a slower pace of life and endearing, winding streets to explore.
