Pros: Property is beautiful, location is great, beds/bedding comfortable, linens and towels also great quality. Cons: No curtains in entire unit and shades do not block light. There is one door in one of the bedrooms without any shade. U will not be able to sleep past dawn if you are light sensitive. Also there are no laundry baskets in unit and dryer is stacked. Needs stool if you are short to reach dryer controls. Made it difficult to do laundry without a basket/stool. Asked property manager about a laundry basket and response was sorry there aren’t any in unit.

Newly Built "Mountain Modern" Condo

Gorgeous 3rd floor condo in a beautiful 4 story new construction building with elevator. Incredible location right in town near shops, grocery store, and restaurants. Huge windows throughout allowing amazing views of surrounding pastoral spaces, mountains, and sky! Wonderfully outfitted with everything you could need for your stay. Flat screen tv's in every room. Relaxing balcony off primary bedroom. (Complimentary k-cups for coffee maker, laundry pods, dishwasher pods... such a nice touch!) Professionally designed and decorated with amazing art, finishes, appliances, furniture and overall pleasing decor. Full-size laundry machines. Cozy modern fireplace at the flip of a switch. Beds super comfy and luxury en suite bathrooms for every bedroom. Bonus lovely powder room! Property manager Carly was super welcoming and helpful! Will definitely return! Thank you!
